Open computational tools for pharmaceutical technology
Dissolution kinetics, release-profile comparison, pseudo-ternary phase diagrams, dose–response and basic statistics: free tools that run in the browser and work directly with laboratory data.
The tools are web versions of desktop programs developed since 1995 at the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, Faculty of Pharmacy, Ege University (İzmir, Türkiye). The kinetics engine's results have been compared with DDSolver outputs, and the source code is open. Data you enter never leaves your browser session; nothing is stored on the server.
The Turkish edition is at spps.tr, the English edition at spps.tech; the TR/EN switch at the top right changes the language.
Kinetic Analysis
Fits release data to Higuchi, Korsmeyer–Peppas, Weibull, Hopfenberg and twelve more models; ranks them by AIC.
Open
Ternary Phase Diagram
Draws pseudo-ternary phase diagrams and measures the area and centroid of each region.
Open
f1 / f2 Test
Compares two dissolution profiles with the difference (f1) and similarity (f2) factors.

Kinetic Analysis
Fits release data to Higuchi, Korsmeyer–Peppas, Weibull and other models
f1 / f2 Test
Compares two dissolution profiles with the f1 and f2 factors
t-Test
Independent and paired-sample t-tests, with Levene's test for equal variances
LD50 Calculator
LD50/LD90 and confidence intervals from dose–response data by probit, logit and 4PL
Ternary Phase Diagram
Draws pseudo-ternary phase diagrams and shows the mixture regions
